The Balanced Athlete Half is proud to sponsor the second half in the Quadzukilla series. The Balanced Athlete is a full-service running store in Renton, WA, and your one stop shop for running shoes, clothing, gear, and nutrition.

COURSE DESCRIPTION
The Balanced Athlete Half goes from The Landing across Park Ave to Lake Washington Blvd N which it stays on for the entire course except for brief detours on Seahawks Way (go 12s!) and the Lake Washington Bike Trail. The Turn-Around is just after crossing under I-90 at the intersection of SE 32nd St.
While the course will be marked with pin flags, flour / chalk and the occasional sign as needed, runners are expected to know the course and bring a map if needed.
COURSE AMENITIES
There will be an aid station at Mile 3.9 & 9.2 at the intersection of Lake Washington Bike Trail, 106th Ave SE, and Hazelwood Ln SE.
There are few if any restrooms available on the course. Make sure you take care of that business before you start. There is a slight chance (no guarantees) that there will be facilities available at the following:
- Mile 2 & 11.1: Bathrooms at Kennydale Beach Park, 3601 Lake Washington Boulevard N. Might be locked!
- Mile 3.9 & 9.2: Honeybucket near the Aid Station at the Lake Washington Bike Trail & 106th Ave SE.
